Signature Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Classic chocolate chip cookies, veganized! Whether or not you prefer plant-based recipes, everyone's sure to love these sweet treats.
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Cream together coconut cream and both sugars until smooth, then mix in the vanilla extract. Sift baking soda, salt and flour over the sugar mixture and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop batter in 1½-ounce portions onto a lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on pan before transferring to a serving tray.
