Ingredients
- 6 cups ketchup
- 1 bottle (20 ounces) cola
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Preparation
In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, whisk together all of the ingredients. Cook until sauce starts to bubble lightly, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool completely.
Store any unused sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
