Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ ounce pomegranate juice
  • ½ ounce lemon juice, plus more for rimming glass
  • Ice
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish
  • Granulated sugar, for rimming glass

Preparation

To prepare the glass, rub lemon juice all around the rim of a martini glass, then dip the glass into a small plate of sugar to coat.

For the cocktail, add vodka, ginger liqueur, fruit juices, and ice to a cocktail shaker, then shake and strain into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
