White Pizzetta with Prosciutto

Both simple and sophisticated, this light and flavorful flatbread pizza features fresh arugula, prosciutto, and three types of cheese.
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and spread with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and chopped garlic. Top with shredded mozzarella and fontina.
Bake pizzetta for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and top with arugula, prosciutto, and grated Parmesan.
